Careers at PHR
Careers at Prescott Hardwood Restoration.
A direct link to PHR’s established candidate questionnaire—without recreating a second screening process or inventing a job offer.
Direct answer
PHR already has a separate 18-question candidate questionnaire. Use that established application flow if you want to be considered; this page links to it rather than collecting duplicate applicant data.

Start with the floor
Good decisions begin with what you can see.
This PHR-supplied floor photo is here to give the guide a real wood reference. It does not diagnose your floor or promise the same look. The details below help you ask better questions about your own home.
Use the established application—not a duplicate form
The linked PHR candidate flow is the existing one-question-at-a-time application. It begins with contact details and baseline qualifications, then presents the established 18 work-style questions individually. Once a candidate advances, the response is locked. Candidates see a confirmation receipt—not internal score, flags, or a fit verdict. This Careers page does not copy, alter, or add another questionnaire.
- The questionnaire is the actual application destination; this page is only the clear entry point.
- The same question flow and answer-locking behavior already used by PHR are preserved.
- The website does not expose the internal scoring rubric or create a second applicant database.
What happens after an application
The established system writes the submitted contact details and locked responses to its secured review queue. Internal scores and flags are review aids only; a human reviewer must make every employment decision. A residential in-home safety disclosure is routed for documented manual review rather than automatic rejection. Applicant alert emails are not assumed by this page.
- An applicant confirmation is not an interview, offer, or promise of a response time.
- No applicant should be rejected automatically from questionnaire answers, a score, a flag, or a disclosure.
- A designated hiring administrator—not Casey by default—should own daily review and candidate communications.
Role details we still need before a specific posting
The existing questionnaire does not replace a clear job description. A genuine role page must describe the actual title, classification, schedule, work area, essential functions, compensation/benefits where approved, supervision, and application owner. Do not use a generic “now hiring” claim until those facts are supplied and approved.
Proposed additions for Casey to approve—not changes made today
The prior screening flow already covers reliable transportation. The following items may belong in a role-specific application or later hiring step, but they are proposals only: relevant flooring/trade experience, ability to perform the approved essential functions with any lawful accommodation process, actual availability, jobsite travel, tool ownership/expectations, and trade or safety certifications. They require a real job analysis, owner approval, and appropriate HR/legal review before addition to the established questionnaire.
