Current website behavior

• PHR uses Google Analytics 4 to measure pages viewed and general site engagement. Google processes analytics data such as page activity and general device/browser information under its privacy policy.
• PHR does not configure Google Analytics to send calculator answers, typed Mandy questions, or browser speech input.
• The calculator does not transmit or store the answers a visitor enters.
• A visitor may choose to open a prepared mailto: draft addressed to PHR; the website does not send, store, upload, or receive the contents.
• Mandy searches PHR’s published site guidance in the browser. Her optional voice-input control uses the visitor’s browser speech-recognition feature when available; PHR does not receive or store audio through that control.
• Call, text, and email links open the visitor’s own phone or email application; PHR receives information only if the visitor chooses to send it.

What we still need to document

Before PHR adds protected forms, text-message consent, calendar booking, a third-party conversation service, or another AI provider, the business needs the matching privacy and operational details for that new service.

• Protected form delivery and CRM configuration beyond the current prepared-email workflow.
• Business-approved email and SMS sender details.
• Any additional voice or AI provider, including its retention, escalation, and transcript rules.
• Clear customer access, correction, deletion, and messaging controls where applicable.
